Pneumatic Balancer Cylinder

Our pneumatic counter balance cylinders are adapted for mechanical presses. They are mounted between the press ram and the press frame. This type of cylinder has bottom cover thicker than the standard cylinder to accommodate larger port size for inlet air. Also Top cover is provided with a circular opening at the back duly fitted with wire mesh for dust protection. This larger circular opening is provided for faster exhaust of the cylinder in the forward & reverse stroke.

ISO Series Pneumatic Cylinder

ISO 6431 "Pace Series" Pneumatic Cylinders are designed as per the international standards to ISO 6431. These are essentially very light weight and use Aluminum pressure die cast end covers which impart high impact resistance and aesthetic appeal. The cylinders are available from 32 mm-100 mm Diameter. All Mountings are available which are inline with the ISO 6431 standards.

Series-T Midget Cylinder

Series - T Midget Cylinder offered by us can be availed in bore sizes of 8mm/12mm, 20mm &25mm. our clients can also avail higher bore sizes of upto 40mm. These cylinders have improved aesthetic quality as compared to Tie rod mounted cylinder. The front cover is threaded to the tube where seals can be easily replaced. Cylinder can be directly neck mounted as the front / rear covers are threaded reducing system installation time.
