Luthra Hydropneumatic Industries represents MEDIFLY, Italy which manufactures specialized tubing in different raw materials, diameters and colors for Pharma, pneumatic, agriculture, milk, food, beverage, water treatment, dental and medical applications.

The main raw materials that MEDIFLY extrudes are: PVC, Polyurethane, Polyamide PA12, PA6, PA11 Rilsan, Polyethylene LDPE & MDPE, Triflex Fly™, Trifly Ray™, PTFE (Teflon), PVDF (Kynarflex), TPE-E, Copey™ PA Superflex, PA-ALLOY 12.6™, etc ... 

 

Medifly is a young Company founded on the experience of its own staff. The experience accrued year after year in the field of  plastic material processing industry starts since 1975. 


The products and system certifications attest the quality of our products and the quality of our system. Medifly has got certifications relating to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 and UNI CEI EN ISO 13485:2004 quality systems, as well as the CE mark for all types of medical devices. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

Tubes realized  in the simple version  and  twiN VERSION WITH FLEXIBLE material coating suitable for spray painting systems for high and low temperatures.
The raw  materials used are PA12 and  PE,  particularly  indicated  for  the contact  with  paint  water -based  and/or  solvent based.
It  is  available  also  in  the anti static version useful to neutralize possible electrostatic charges that could be originated.
